TMA Staff Changes Announced for 2024
NASHVILLE, TENN. – The Tennessee Medical Association (TMA) announces several promotions and additions to the staff as 2024 begins.
The following staff changes are new for 2024:
•Beth Lentchner will now serve as Sr. Director of Leadership Programs and Education, continuing in her work of directing TMA’s education and leadership services. Lentchner joined the TMA in 2015.
•Amy Campoli is the new Director of Executive Services and Governance having served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO since 2016. Her expanded duties include oversight and direction of governance processes.
•Anjanette Eash has been promoted to Membership Director. Eash joined the TMA in 2021 as the Membership Relations Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of member relations, recruitment and retention.
•Erika Thomas will now serve as the Associate Director of Marketing, Member Engagement. Thomas has been with the association since 2021 and will now focus her efforts on engaging TMA members in advocacy, events and member benefits.
•Jonathan Kirkland moves to Communications Manager from his previous role as Communications Specialist. Kirkland, who joined the association in 2023, will facilitate general communications strategy and media for the TMA.
The TMA has recently hired:
•Morgan Ripley as the Associate Director of Marketing, Sales. Ripley brings 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and leadership to the TMA and will play a key role in business development and corporate partnership relations.
•Joey Alongi as the Grassroots and Legislative Affairs Associate. Alongi brings several years of political and campaign experience to TMA’s advocacy team and will be key in developing the TMA PAC and furthering TMA’s advocacy efforts.
•Kathleen Caldwell to serve as the Advocacy Administrative Assistant. Caldwell will execute administrative functions for TMA’s advocacy efforts.
